Common use of Suspension of Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Interconnection. 6.1. If the Customer’s Facility is not operating in accordance with the Interconnection Guidelines, as may be amended from time to time, any statutory requirements or the terms of this Agreement, NSPI may disconnect the Customer’s Facility until the Facility is, in NSPI’s sole opinion, found to be in compliance with such requirements.
