Standards of Operations. The interconnection customer must obtain all certifications, permits, licenses, and approvals necessary to construct, operate, and maintain the facility and to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The interconnection customer is responsible for coordinating and synchronizing the distributed generation facility with the utility's system. The interconnection customer is responsible for any damage that is caused by the interconnection customer's failure to coordinate or synchronize the distributed generation facility with the electric distribution system. The interconnection customer agrees to be primarily liable for any damages resulting from the continued operation of the distributed generation facility after the utility ceases to energize the line section or upon utility re-energization of the line section to which the distributed generation facility is connected and still operating. In Attachment 4, the utility shall specify the shortest reclose time setting for its protection equipment that could affect the distributed generation facility. The utility shall notify the interconnection customer at least ten business days prior to adopting a faster reclose time on any automatic protective equipment, such as a circuit breaker or line recloser, that might affect the distributed generation facility.

The interconnection member- consumer is responsible for any damage that is caused by the interconnection member-consumer’s failure to coordinate or synchronize the distributed generation facility with the electric distribution system. The interconnection member-consumer agrees to be primarily liable for any damages resulting from the continued operation of the distributed generation facility after the Cooperative ceases to energize the line section to which the distributed generation facility is connected. In Attachment 4, the Cooperative shall specify the shortest reclose time setting for its protection equipment that could affect the distributed generation facility. The Cooperative shall notify the interconnection member-consumer at least 10 business days prior to adopting a faster reclose time on any automatic protective equipment, such as a circuit breaker or line recloser, that might affect the distributed generation facility.
Standards of Operations. Big O shall establish and Franchisee shall maintain high standards of quality, appearance and operation for the Franchised Business. For the purpose of enhancing the public image and reputation of the businesses operating under the System and for the purpose of increasing the demand for Products and Services provided by Franchisee and Big O, the parties agree as follows:
(a) Franchisee shall not open the Store for business until Big O has provided Franchisee with written authorization to do so;
(b) Franchisee shall comply in good faith with all published Big O System rules, regulations, policies, and standards, including, without limitation, those contained in the Manual. Franchisee shall operate and maintain the Franchised Business solely in accordance with high standards of quality, appearance and operation for the Franchised Business, and in the manner and pursuant -158- to the standards prescribed herein, in the Manual and in other materials provided by Big O to Franchisee, and shall make such modifications thereto as Big O may require;
(c) Franchisee shall at all times operate the Store diligently and in a manner, which is consistent with sound business practices so as to maximize the revenues therefrom;
(d) Franchisee shall at all times maintain working capital and a net worth which is sufficient, in Big O's opinion, to enable Franchisee to fulfill properly all of Franchisee's responsibilities under this Agreement;
(e) Franchisee shall at all times maintain its Store in the image of and according to the standards of Big O as prescribed in the Manual. These standards and specifications may include, but are not limited to the safety, maintenance, cleanliness, sanitation, function and appearance of the Store and its equipment and signs, as well as the requirement that the employees of the Store shall be required to wear uniforms and to maintain a standard of appearance while employed at the Store. Moreover, Franchisee agrees to cooperate with Big O at Franchisee's expense, to the extent building and site limitations permit, in the implementation of new programs, including those which may require the addition of new equipment or fixtures for the Store. In its sole discretion, Big O may waive some or all of any of its franchisees' obligations to comply with such programs;
(f) Prior to opening, Franchisee shall provide Big O with written certificates or documentary evidence from an insurance company or companies that Franchisee has obtained the insurance c...

Owner and Provider agree that the Aircraft shall at all times be operated and maintained with due and reasonable care in accordance with applicable insurance policies and in compliance with all applicable government regulations, Owner’s and Provider’s internal policies and procedures, and other laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the Aircraft. Provider and Owner agree that the Aircraft shall be used only as specified in the Aircraft’s Flight Manual (or equivalent documents) and other technical materials governing operation and maintenance of the Aircraft. Provider and Owner further agree not to operate or locate the Aircraft, or suffer the Aircraft to be operated or located, in any area or excluded from coverage by any insurance required by the terms of this Agreement.
Standards of Operations. Rubio's shall furnish to Host a copy of its various manuals which constitute the standards of operations (the "Standards of Operation") developed by Rubio's for operation of the Licensed Location, which standards include unique and uniform plans, processes, trade secrets, and styles for the layout and operation of a "Rubio's" facility, including signs, interior and exterior decoration and decor, and lines of food and beverage product, a pricing strategy and, in general, a style, system and method of business operations developed through and by reason of Rubio's business experience. Rubio's may modify and supplement the Standards of Operation from time to time upon written notice to Host and provided that such modification or supplement to such Standards of Operation shall be consistent with the standards of operation then in practice at Rubio's locations elsewhere. The food and beverage products sold and services rendered by Host pursuant to this Agreement shall at all times be sold and rendered with courtesy and with a view to complete customer satisfaction, and shall be consistent with the standards of excellence maintained by Rubio's as described in the Standards of Operation. Rubio's may, but shall not be obligated to, enter the Licensed Location at any time during normal business hours to examine the same and to determine if Host is complying with its obligations under this Agreement. Host shall be entitled to offer beverages at the Licensed Location in conjunction with the sale of Rubio's proprietary products.
