Suspension of Mail and Courier Service. If because of the suspension of delivery of first-class mail or of delivery by overnight courier services, or for any other reason, the Trustee shall be unable to mail by the required class of mail or forward by overnight courier service any notice required to be given by the provisions of this Indenture, the Trustee shall give such notice in such other manner as in the judgment of the Trustee shall most effectively approximate the required mailing or forwarding thereof, and the giving of that notice in that manner for all purposes of this Indenture shall be deemed to be in compliance with the requirement of this Section
