SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 above, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 23, the Authority may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply Services to Contracting Bodies in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 24, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time.

SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 above, if a right the Authority elects to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 23, the Authority may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply Services to Contracting Bodies the Authority in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 24, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time.

Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 25 above, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 2325, the Authority may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply Goods and Services to Contracting Bodies in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 2426, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time.

SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 25.1 Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 24 above, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 2324, the Authority may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply Services to Contracting Bodies in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 2425, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time.

Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 22 above, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 2322, the Authority may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply Services to Contracting Bodies in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 2423, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time.

SUSPENSION OF PROVIDER'S APPOINTMENT. 14.1 Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 above13, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 2313, the Authority may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply Services to Contracting Bodies in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 2414, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time.

Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 above, if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 23Sub Clauses 23.1 to 23.4, the Authority may suspend the Provider's appointment to supply Services to Contracting Bodies in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 24, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider by the Authority in writing from time to time.

Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate the Framework Agreement in Clause 23 above25 (Termination), if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 2325, or if the Authority reasonably believes that a Consistent Failure has occurred, the Authority may suspend the Provider's ’s appointment to supply Services to Contracting Bodies in any or all Provider's Lots by giving notice in writing to the Provider. If the Authority provides notice to the Provider in accordance with this Clause 2426, the Provider's appointment shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Provider Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time.
