SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Call-off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.127, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

Any suspension under Clause 33.1 34.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's ’s obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements Legal Services Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides serves notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.134.1, the Supplier's ’s appointment under this Framework Panel Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 34 shall result in an extension of the Framework Panel Period.

If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.181, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 80 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 25 (Authority Termination Rightsbut not Clause 25.3), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement Order during the period specified in the Authority’s noticesuch suspension period. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 26.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Call-off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.126, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

If the Authority CCS is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 31 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority CCS may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the AuthorityCCS’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 32.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the AuthorityCCS. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority CCS provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.132.1, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority CCS in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 32 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority Fund is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 288 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority Fund may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the AuthorityFund’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 29.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the AuthorityFund. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority Fund provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.129.1, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority Fund in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 29 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 27 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 28.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.128, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 28 shall result in an extension of the Framework DPS Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority CCS is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 (Authority CCS Termination Rights), the Authority CCS may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement Contract during the period specified in the AuthorityCCS’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the AuthorityCCS. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority CCS provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.1, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority CCS in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

(Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement Contract during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 77. shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.177., the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 76. shall result in an extension of the Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 29.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.129.1, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 29 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

If the Authority Fund is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 27 (Authority The Fund Termination Rights), the Authority Fund may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the AuthorityFund’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 28.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the AuthorityFund. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority Fund provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.128.1, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority Fund in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 28 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 57 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 59 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.158, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 58 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Dynamic Marketplace Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 33. (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Dynamic Marketplace Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement Contract during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 34.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.134.1, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Dynamic Marketplace Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 34. shall result in an extension of the Framework Dynamic Marketplace Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 22 (Authority Termination Rightsbut not Clause 22.4), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 23.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.123, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority CCS is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 22 (Authority CCS Termination Rights), the Authority CCS may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Call-Off Agreement Contract during the period specified in the AuthorityCCS’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 23.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the AuthorityCCS. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Call-Off Agreements Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority CCS provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.123.1, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority CCS in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 23 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 75 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement Contract during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 77 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.177, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 76 shall result in an extension of the Framework Dynamic Purchasing System Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 23 (Authority Termination Rightsbut not Clause 23.4), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 24.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.124, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 32 75 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 33.1 77 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 33.177, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 76 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.
