Common use of SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT Clause in Contracts

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. Without prejudice to the Authority's rights to terminate this Framework Agreement as set out in Clause 27 (Termination), if a right to terminate this Framework Agreement arises in accordance with Clause 27 (Termination), or if the Authority reasonably believes that a Consistent Failure has occurred, the Authority may suspend the Supplier’s appointment to provide Available Goods and Services to Contracting Bodies under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 28, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time.

If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 2825, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time.

If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 2833, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time.
