Common use of SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT Clause in Contracts

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 26 (but not Clause 26.13), , the Authority may instead elect in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call-Off Agreement during such suspension period. Any suspension under Clause 27.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call-off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 27, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time.

If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 2734.1, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

Any suspension under Clause 27.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. . 26.2 The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's ’s obligation to perform any existing Call-off Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. Any suspension under Clause 27.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. . 46.2 The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call-off Agreements Off Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. . 46.3 If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 2746 (Suspension of Supplier's Appointment), the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the such notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time.

Any suspension under Clause 27.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. . 27.2 The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call-off Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. Any suspension under Clause 27.1 24.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call-off Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 2724, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority CCS is entitled to terminate this Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 26 32 (but not Clause 26.13CCS Termination Rights), , the Authority CCS may instead elect in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend the Supplier's ability to accept Orders under this Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Call-Call Off Agreement Contract during such suspension periodthe period specified in CCS’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 27.1 33.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the AuthorityCCS. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call-off Agreements Call Off Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority CCS provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 2733.1, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority CCS in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 33 shall result in an extension of the Framework Period.

Any suspension under Clause 27.1 23.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier's obligation to perform any existing Call-off Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 2723, the Supplier's appointment under this Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time.
