Common use of SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT Clause in Contracts

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Panel Agreement pursuant to Clause 33 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier’s ability to accept new Orders under this Panel Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Legal Services Contract during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 34.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.1, the Supplier’s appointment under this Panel Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 shall result in an extension of the Panel Period.

Any suspension under Clause 34.1 81 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Call Off Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.181, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 80 shall result in an extension of the Panel Framework Period.

If the Authority CCS is entitled to terminate this Panel Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 33 31 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority CCS may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier’s 's ability to accept new Orders under this Panel Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Legal Services Contract Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the AuthorityCCS’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 34.1 32.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the AuthorityCCS. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Contracts Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves CCS provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.132.1, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority CCS in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 32 shall result in an extension of the Panel Framework Period.

If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Panel Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 33 28 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier’s 's ability to accept new Orders under this Panel Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Legal Services Contract Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 34.1 29.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Contracts Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.129.1, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 29 shall result in an extension of the Panel Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Panel Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 33 57 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier’s 's ability to accept new Orders under this Panel Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Legal Services Contract Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 34.1 59 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Contracts Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.158, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 58 shall result in an extension of the Panel Framework Period.

Any suspension under Clause 34.1 33.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Call Off Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.133.1, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 33 shall result in an extension of the Panel Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority CCS is entitled to terminate this Panel Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 33 22 (Authority CCS Termination Rights), the Authority CCS may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier’s 's ability to accept new Orders under this Panel Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Legal Services Call-Off Contract during the period specified in the AuthorityCCS’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 34.1 23.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the AuthorityCCS. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Call-Off Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves CCS provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.123.1, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority CCS in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 23 shall result in an extension of the Panel Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Panel Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 33 31 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier’s 's ability to accept new Orders under this Panel Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Legal Services Call Off Contract during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 34.1 32.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Call Off Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.132.1, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 32 shall result in an extension of the Panel Framework Period.

If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Panel Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 33 32 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier’s 's ability to accept new Orders under this Panel Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Legal Services Contract Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 34.1 0 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Contracts Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.10, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 33 shall result in an extension of the Panel Framework Period.

SUSPENSION OF SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Panel Dynamic Marketplace Agreement pursuant to Clause 33 33. (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier’s 's ability to accept new Orders under this Panel Dynamic Marketplace Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Legal Services Contract during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 34.1 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Contracts concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.1, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Dynamic Marketplace Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 34. shall result in an extension of the Panel Dynamic Marketplace Period.

If the Authority is entitled to terminate this Panel Framework Agreement pursuant to Clause 33 75 (Authority Termination Rights), the Authority may instead elect in its sole discretion to suspend the Supplier’s 's ability to accept new Orders under this Panel Framework Agreement by giving notice in writing to the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to enter into any new Legal Services Contract Call Off Agreement during the period specified in the Authority’s notice. Any suspension under Clause 34.1 77 shall be without prejudice to any right of termination which has already accrued, or subsequently accrues, to the Authority. The Parties acknowledge that suspension shall not affect the Supplier’s 's obligation to perform any existing Legal Services Contracts Call Off Agreements concluded prior to the suspension notice. If the Authority serves provides notice to the Supplier in accordance with this Clause 34.177, the Supplier’s 's appointment under this Panel Framework Agreement shall be suspended for the period set out in the notice or such other period notified to the Supplier by the Authority in writing from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no period of suspension under this Clause 34 76 shall result in an extension of the Panel Framework Period.
