Common use of Suspension or Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Suspension or Abandonment. No Borrower owning a Plant shall (i) permit or suffer to exist an Event of Abandonment relating to such Plant or (ii) order or consent to any suspension of work in excess of sixty (60) days under any Project Document relating to such Plant, in each such case without the prior written approval of the Required Lenders.
