Common use of Suspension or Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Suspension or Abandonment. The Borrower shall not (i) permit or suffer to exist an Event of Abandonment or (ii) order, allow to subsist or consent to any suspension of work in excess of sixty (60) days under any Project Document, other than a suspension of work due to a force majeure event under such Project Document, in each such case without the prior written approval of the Majority Lenders.
