Dell may immediately terminate, the Agreement, its Schedules, any Service Agreements, SOWs or software licenses, should Dell, in its sole judgment, believe that Partner is involved in any fraudulent or illegal activities or if Partner has breached any Export Control or Anti-Corruption Laws sections of the Agreement.
