SUSPENSION PENDING ACTION. The City Manager shall have the power to suspend the employee, with or without pay, during the period between the date the notice of proposed disciplinary action is sent and the date the disciplinary action becomes effective. The employee shall be reimbursed for any loss of pay or benefits incurred during this period and seniority shall not be negatively affected, should the disciplinary action be overturned or modified accordingly.
