Suspension Pending Investigation. The Employer may place an employee who is the subject of an investigation on a paid investigatory suspension. It is understood that such investigatory suspension does not constitute corrective action unless later converted to such by the Employer.

Suspension Pending Investigation. The Employer may place an employee who is the subject of an investigation on a paid an unpaid investigatory suspension. The Employer may also choose, in its sole discretion, to place an employee on paid administrative leave. It is understood that such investigatory suspension does not constitute corrective disciplinary action unless later converted to such by the Employer. If the investigation does not result in a disciplinary suspension or termination, the employee will be paid for any lost work hours that were scheduled while the employee was on the investigatory suspension.
