METAL X may: (a) suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the METAL X Services, and/or (b) deactivate or cancel your METAL X Account(s) if: (i) We are so required by a facially valid subpoena, court order, or binding order of a government authority; (ii) We reasonably suspect you of using your METAL X Account(s) in connection with a ; (iii) Use of your METAL X Account(s) is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding and/or we perceive a heightened risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your Account activity; (iv) Our service partners are unable to support your use; (v) You take any action that METAL X deems as circumventing METAL X's controls, including, but not limited to, opening multiple METAL X Accounts or abusing promotions which METAL X may offer from time to time; or (vi) You breach our Terms of Service. If METAL X suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of METAL X Services for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal process prohibits METAL X from providing you with such notice. You acknowledge that METAL X's decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your account, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to METAL X's risk management and security protocols. You agree that METAL X is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset associated with your Hosted METAL X Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court order. You may cancel your METAL X Account(s) at any time by withdrawing all balances. You will not be charged for canceling your METAL X Account(s), although you will be required to pay any outstanding Fees owed to METAL X. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation.

We are not responsible for any losses, whether direct or (vi) You breach indirect, that you may incur as a result of our Terms compliance with applicable law and regulations, the guidance or direction of Serviceany regulatory authority or government agency, or any writ of attachment, lien, levy, subpoena, warrant, or other legal order. If METAL X CoinList suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of METAL X the Services for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal or regulatory process prohibits METAL X CoinList from providing you with such notice. You acknowledge that METAL X's CoinList’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your accountAccount, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to METAL X's CoinList’s risk management and security protocols. You may cancel your METAL X Account(s) at any time by withdrawing all balances. You will not be charged for canceling your METAL X Account(s), although you will be required to pay any outstanding Fees owed to METAL X. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset Currency associated with your Hosted METAL X Digital Currency Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court orderorder or other form of binding government order or notice. If Inficoin suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of Inficoin Services for any reason Inficoin reserves the right to require you to complete the Verification Procedures before permitting you with transfer or withdraw Digital Currency. You may cancel your METAL X Account(s) Inficoin Account at any time by withdrawing all balances. You will not be charged for canceling your METAL X Account(s)Inficoin Account, although you will be required to pay any outstanding Fees amounts owed to METAL X. Inficoin. You authorize authorise us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation.

METAL X DBS may: (a) suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the METAL X DBS Services, and/or (b) deactivate or cancel your METAL X Account(s) DBS Account if: (i) • We are so required by a facially valid subpoena, court order, or binding order of a government authority; (ii) or • We reasonably suspect you of using your METAL X Account(s) DBS Account in connection with a Prohibited Use or Business; (iii) or • Use of your METAL X Account(s) DBS Account is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding and/or we perceive a heightened risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your Account activity; (iv) or • Our service partners are unable to support your use; (v) or • You take any action that METAL X DBS deems as circumventing METAL XDBS's controls, including, but not limited to, opening multiple METAL X DBS Accounts or abusing promotions which METAL X DBS may offer from time to time; or (vi) You breach our Terms of Service. If METAL X DBS suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of METAL X DBS Services for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal process prohibits METAL X DBS from providing you with such notice. You acknowledge that METAL XDBS's decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your account, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to METAL XDBS's risk management and security protocols. You agree that METAL X DBS is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset Currency or funds associated with your Hosted METAL X Digital Currency Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court order. You will not be charged for canceling your METAL X Account(s)DBS Account, although you will be required to pay any outstanding Fees amounts owed to METAL X. DBS. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset Assets or funds associated with your Hosted METAL X Digital Asset wallet(s) and/or your USD Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court orderorder or (iii) due to a violation of the terms of this agreement including but not limited to a Prohibited Use violation, unless by operation of law or with the express permission of Pennhaven Markets. You may cancel your METAL X Account(s) Pennhaven Account at any time by withdrawing all balancesbalances from your account and contacting us. You will not be charged for canceling your METAL X Account(s)account, although but you will may be required to pay withdrawal fees and any outstanding Fees amounts owed to METAL X. us or our custodian partners. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation.

METAL X Cleartransfer may: (a) suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the METAL X Cleartransfer Services, ; and/or (b) deactivate or cancel your METAL X Account(s) ifCleartransfer Account on the occurrence of any one or more of the following: (i) • We are so required by a facially valid subpoena, court order, or binding order of a government authority; (ii) or • We reasonably suspect you of using your METAL X Account(s) Cleartransfer Account in connection with a Prohibited Use or Business; (iii) or • Use of your METAL X Account(s) Cleartransfer Account is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding and/or we perceive a heightened risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance noncompliance associated with your Account activity; (iv) or • Our service partners are unable to support your use; (v) or • You take any action that METAL X Cleartransfer deems as circumventing METAL XCleartransfer's controls, including, but not limited to, opening multiple METAL X Cleartransfer Accounts or abusing promotions which METAL X Cleartransfer may offer from time to time; or (vi) • You breach any one or more of our Terms policies referred to on the Website such as KYC/AML, Privacy Policy, etc.; or • You carry out any unlawful or illegal activity; or • You are in breach of Serviceany material provisions of these Terms; or • You are in breach of any money laundering regulations or KYC requirements. If METAL X Cleartransfer suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of METAL X Services account for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal process prohibits METAL X Cleartransfer from providing you with such notice. You acknowledge that METAL XCleartransfer's decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your account, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to METAL XCleartransfer's risk management and security protocols. You agree that METAL X Cleartransfer is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset Currency or funds associated with your Hosted METAL X Digital Currency Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited prohibited: (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, ; or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court order. You may cancel close your METAL X Account(s) Cleartransfer Account at any time by withdrawing all balances. Cleartransfer. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellationclosing. Cleartransfer will not be liable for any losses suffered by you resulting from any modification of any Cleartransfer Services or from any suspension or termination of your access to all or a portion of any Cleartransfer Services (whether pursuant to this Section or for any other reason). If and when Cleartransfer Services resume, you acknowledge that token valuations and exchange rates may differ significantly from the valuations and rates prior to such event. If you are a consumer, then you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to you as the price for the Cleartransfer Services is dependent upon fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by Cleartransfer and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

If METAL X Cryptomam suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of METAL X Cryptomam Services for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal process prohibits METAL X Cryptomam from providing you with such notice. You agree that METAL X Cryptomam is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset Currency or funds associated with your Hosted METAL X Digital Currency Wallet(s) and/or your Currency Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court order. You may If Cryptomam suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of Cryptomam Services for any reason Cryptomam reserves the right to require you to complete the Veriication Procedures before permitting you with transfer or withdraw Digital Currency or Fiat Currency. If METAL X Cleartransfer suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of METAL X Services account for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal process prohibits METAL X Cleartransfer from providing you with such notice. You acknowledge that METAL XCleartransfer's decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your account, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to METAL XCleartransfer's risk management and security protocols. You agree that METAL X Cleartransfer is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset Currency or funds associated with your Hosted METAL X Digital Currency Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited prohibited: (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, ; or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court order. You may cancel close your METAL X Account(s) Cleartransfer Account at any time by withdrawing all balances. Cleartransfer. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellationclosing. Cleartransfer will not be liable for any losses suffered by you resulting from any modification of any Cleartransfer Services or from any suspension or termination of your access to all or a portion of any Cleartransfer Services (whether pursuant to this Section or for any other reason). If and when Cleartransfer Services resume, you acknowledge that token valuations and exchange rates may differ significantly from the valuations and rates prior to such event. If you are a consumer, then you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to you as the price for the Cleartransfer Services is dependent upon fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by Cleartransfer and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

METAL X AKB Fintech may: (a) suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the METAL X AKB Fintech Services, and/or (b) deactivate or cancel your METAL X AKB Fintech Account(s) if: (i) We are so required by a facially valid subpoena, court order, or binding order of a government authority; (ii) We reasonably suspect you of using your METAL X AKB Fintech Account(s) in connection with a Prohibited Use or Business; (iii) Use of your METAL X AKB Fintech Account(s) is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding and/or we perceive a heightened risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your Account activity; (iv) Our service partners are unable to support your use; (v) You take any action that METAL X AKB Fintech deems as circumventing METAL X's AKB Fintech controls, including, but not limited to, opening multiple METAL X AKB Fintech Accounts or abusing promotions which METAL X AKB Fintech may offer from time to time; or (vi) You breach our Terms of ServiceBehavior Policy. If METAL X A AKB Fintech suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of METAL X AKB Fintech Services for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal process prohibits METAL X AKB Fintech from providing you with such notice. You acknowledge that METAL X's AKB Fintech decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your account, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to METAL X's AKB Fintech risk management and security protocols. You agree that METAL X AKB Fintech is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset Currency or funds associated with your Hosted METAL X Digital Currency Wallet(s) and/or your USD Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court order. You may cancel your METAL X AKB Fintech Account(s) at any time by withdrawing all balancesbalances and visiting xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/settings/cancel. You will not be charged for canceling your METAL X AKB Fintech Account(s), although you will be required to pay any outstanding Fees amounts owed to METAL X. AKB Fintech. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation. 6.8.

Suspension, Termination, and Cancellation. METAL X We may: (a) refuse to complete, or place on hold, block, cancel, correct, clawback or reverse a transaction you have authorised (even after funds have been debited from your Coinbase Account) with immediate effect in our sole discretion, even after funds have been debited from your account(s), in response to a subpoena, court order, or other government order; or if we suspect the transaction may: involve money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other type of financial crime; be erroneous; or relate to a Prohibited Use or a Prohibited Business as set forth in the Prohibited Use Policy. In such instances, Coinbase will reverse the transaction and we are under no obligation to reinstate a purchase or sale order at the same price or on the same terms as the cancelled transaction. We may also refuse to complete or block, cancel or reverse a transaction you have authorised where there is insufficient fiat in your Fiat Wallet and / or insufficient Digital Assets in your Digital Asset Wallet to cover the transaction and (where applicable) associated fees at the time that we receive notification of the transaction or if your credit or debit card or any other valid payment method linked to your Coinbase Account or Digital Asset Wallet is declined. Coinbase may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the METAL X Coinbase Services, and/or (b) deactivate or cancel your METAL X Coinbase Account(s) if: (i) We are so required by a facially valid subpoena), court order, or binding order of a government authority; (ii) We reasonably suspect you of using your METAL X Account(s) in connection with a ; (iii) Use of your METAL X Account(s) is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding and/or we perceive a heightened risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your Account activity; (iv) Our service partners are unable to support your use; (v) You take any action that METAL X deems as circumventing METAL X's controls, including, but not limited to, opening multiple METAL X Accounts or abusing promotions which METAL X may offer from time to time; or (vi) You breach our Terms of Service. If METAL X suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of METAL X Services immediate effect for any reason, we will provide you reason at its sole discretion and is under no obligation to disclose the details of its decision to take such action with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal process prohibits METAL X from providing you with such noticeyou. You acknowledge that METAL XCoinbase's decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your accountaccount for any reason in our sole discretion, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to METAL XCoinbase's risk management and security protocols. You agree that METAL X Coinbase is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset associated with your Hosted METAL X Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court order. You may cancel your METAL X Account(s) at any time by withdrawing all balances. You will not be charged for canceling your METAL X Account(s), although you will be required to pay any outstanding Fees owed to METAL X. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation.

If METAL X Xxxxxx.xxx suspends or closes your account, account or terminates your use of METAL X Xxxxxx.xxx Services for any reason, we will provide you with written notice of our actions unless actions. You will be permitted If your Xxxxxx.xxx Account is deactivated or cancelled and you fail to transfer Digital Asset Currency and/or funds associated with your Hosted METAL X Digital Currency Wallet(s) for and/or your Currency Account(s) within ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation thereafter unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court order, Xxxxxx.xxx shall be entitled to transfer such Digital Currency and / or funds into such other account(s) and for such period as it may deem desirable for the purpose of holding such funds. If Xxxxxx.xxx suspends or closes your account or terminates your use of Xxxxxx.xxx Services for any reason Xxxxxx.xxx reserves the right to require you to re-complete the Identification Verification process before permitting you to transfer or withdraw Digital Currency or FIAT Currency. METAL X We may: (a) refuse to complete or block, cancel or reverse a transaction you have authorised (b) suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the METAL X Coinbase Services, and/or (bc) deactivate or cancel your METAL X Account(s) ifCoinbase Account with immediate effect for any reason, including but not limited to where: (i) ● We are, in our reasonable opinion, required to do so by applicable law or any court or other authority to which we are so required by a facially valid subpoena, court order, or binding order of a government authoritysubject in any jurisdiction; (ii) ● We reasonably suspect you of using acting in breach of this Agreement; ● We reasonably suspect you have breached our Behaviour Policy or our Policy on Prohibited Use, Prohibited Businesses and Conditional Use; ● We have concerns that a transaction is erroneous or about the security of your METAL X Account(s) Coinbase Account or we suspect the Coinbase Services are being used in connection with a fraudulent or unauthorised manner; (iii) ● We suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime; ● If your credit or debit card or any other valid payment method linked to your Digital Currency Wallet is declined; ● Use of your METAL X Account(s) Coinbase Account is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding and/or we perceive a heightened risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your Account activity; (iv) Our service partners are unable to support your use; (v) and / or ● You take any action that METAL X deems may circumvent our controls such as circumventing METAL X's controls, including, but not limited to, opening multiple METAL X Coinbase Accounts or abusing promotions which METAL X we may offer from time to time; . We may also refuse to complete a transaction you have authorised where there is insufficient E-Money in your Coinbase E-Money Account and / or insufficient Digital Currency in your Digital Currency Wallet to cover the transaction and (viwhere applicable) You breach our Terms associated fees at the time that we receive notification of Servicethe transaction. If METAL X suspends we refuse to complete a transaction and / or closes suspend or close your accountCoinbase Account, or terminates terminate your use of METAL X Coinbase Services for any reasonin this way, we will (unless it would be unlawful for us to do so) provide you with notice of our actions unless and the reasons for refusal, suspension or closure and where appropriate, with the procedure for correcting any factual errors that led to the refusal, suspension or closure. In the event that we refuse to complete a court order transaction and / or other legal process prohibits METAL X from providing suspend your Coinbase Account we will lift the suspension as soon as reasonably practicable once the reasons for refusal and / or suspension no longer exist. However, we are under no obligation to allow you with such to reinstate a transaction at the same price or on the same terms as the suspended, reversed or cancelled transaction. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the Coinbase Services and/or deactivate or cancel your Coinbase Account, without reason by giving you two months notice. You acknowledge that METAL X's our decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your accountCoinbase Account, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to METAL X's our risk management and security protocols. You agree that METAL X is we are under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. You will be permitted On termination of this Agreement, unless prohibited by applicable law or by any court or other order to which Coinbase is subject in any jurisdiction, you may: ● transfer Digital Asset associated with Currency and/or your Hosted METAL X Digital Currency Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation thereafter; and / or cancellation unless such ● transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under E-Money at any point in the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programssix-year period commencing with the date of the termination of the Agreement. If we suspend or close your account, or terminate your use of Coinbase Services for any reason, we reserve the right to require you to complete the procedures outlined at Section 2.2. (iiIdentity Verification) by a facially valid subpoena before permitting you with transfer or court orderwithdraw Digital Currency or E-Money. You may cancel your METAL X Account(s) Coinbase Account at any time by withdrawing all balancesbalances and visiting xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/settings/cancel. We are not responsible for any losses, whether direct or (vi) You breach indirect, that you may incur as a result of our Terms compliance with applicable law and regulations, the guidance or direction of Serviceany regulatory authority or government agency, or any writ of attachment, lien, levy, subpoena, warrant, or other legal order. If METAL X Pennhaven suspends or closes your account, or terminates your use of METAL X the Services for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal or regulatory process prohibits METAL X Pennhaven from providing you with such notice. You acknowledge that METAL X's Pennhaven’s decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your accountAccount, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to METAL X's Pennhaven’s risk management and security protocols. You agree that METAL X Pennhaven is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk management and security procedures to you. You will be permitted to transfer Digital Asset Assets or funds associated with your Hosted METAL X Digital Asset wallet(s) and/or your USD Wallet(s) for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, including but not limited to applicable sanctions programs, or (ii) by a facially valid subpoena or court orderorder or (iii) due to a violation of the terms of this agreement including but not limited to a Prohibited Use violation, unless by operation of law or with the express permission of Pennhaven Markets. You may cancel your METAL X Account(s) Pennhaven Account at any time by withdrawing all balancesbalances from your account and contacting us. You will not be charged for canceling your METAL X Account(s)account, although but you will may be required to pay withdrawal fees and any outstanding Fees amounts owed to METAL X. us or our custodian partners. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation.

METAL X We may: (a) refuse to complete, or block, cancel or reverse a transaction you have authorised (even after funds have been debited from your XxxxXxxxx.XXX Account), (b) suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the METAL X XxxxXxxxx.XXX Services, and/or (bc) deactivate or cancel your METAL X Account(s) ifXxxxXxxxx.XXX Account with immediate effect for any reason, including but not limited to where: (i) We we reasonably believe that we need to do so in order to protect our reputation; we are, in our reasonable opinion, required to do so by applicable law, regulation or any court or other authority to which we are so required by a facially valid subpoena, court order, or binding order of a government authoritysubject in any jurisdiction; (ii) We we reasonably suspect you of using your METAL X Account(s) acting in connection with breach of this Agreement; we reasonably suspect you have breached our ‘Behaviour Policy’ or our ‘Policy on Prohibited Use, Prohibited Businesses and Conditional Use’ (as set out in Appendix 1); we have concerns that a ; (iii) Use transaction is erroneous or about the security of your METAL X Account(s) XxxxXxxxx.XXX Account or we suspect the XxxxXxxxx.XXX Services are being used in a fraudulent or unauthorised manner; we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime; use of your XxxxXxxxx.XXX Account is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding and/or and / or we perceive a heightened risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your XxxxXxxxx.XXX Account activity; (iv) Our service partners are unable to support your use; (v) You and / or you take any action that METAL X deems may circumvent our controls such as circumventing METAL X's controls, including, but not limited to, opening multiple METAL X XxxxXxxxx.XXX Accounts or abusing promotions which METAL X we may offer from time to time; . We may also refuse to complete or (vi) You breach our Terms of Service. If METAL X suspends or closes your accountblock, or terminates your use of METAL X Services for any reason, we will provide you with notice of our actions unless a court order or other legal process prohibits METAL X from providing you with such notice. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions reverse a transaction you have authorised where there is insufficient E-Money in your E-Money Wallet and / or insufficient Digital Currency in your Digital Currency Wallet to cover the transaction and (where applicable) associated fees at the time that we receive notification of cancellationthe transaction or if your credit or debit card or any other valid payment method linked to your XxxxXxxxx.XXX Account or Digital Currency Wallet is declined.
