Consequences of Termination or Suspension. On termination of this Agreement for any reason, unless prohibited by applicable law or by any court or other order to which Coinbase is subject in any jurisdiction, you are permitted to access your Coinbase Account:
(A) for ninety (90) days thereafter for the purposes of transferring Digital Currency out of your Digital Currency Wallet(s) and/or out of the Coinbase Platform; and/or
(B) at any point in the six-year period commencing with the date of the termination of this Agreement for the purposes of transferring E-Money out of your E-Money Wallet and/or out of the Coinbase Platform. You are not permitted to use the Coinbase Services or your Coinbase Account for any other purposes during these periods and we may, at our discretion, limit the functionality of the Coinbase Platform or access to the Site for you accordingly. If we suspend or close your Coinbase Account or terminate your use of Coinbase Services for any reason, we reserve the right to require you to re-complete the procedures outlined at Section 3.3 (Identity Verification) before permitting you to transfer or withdraw Digital Currency or E-Money. You may cancel your Coinbase Account at any time by withdrawing all balances in your E-Money Wallet(s) and Digital Currency Wallet(s) and visiting: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/settings/cancel. You will not be charged for cancelling your Coinbase Account, although you will be required to pay any outstanding amounts owed to us. You authorise us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation.

8. LIABILITY 8.1
Consequences of Termination or Suspension. 13.1 Subject to Clause 12.2 within 7 days after expiry of this licence or its termination (by whatever means) the Customer shall destroy all copies of the Software and the Documentation in its possession and shall procure that a duly authorised officer of the Customer will certify the same to QuickLink.
13.2 The Customer shall be entitled free of charge for 3 years after the date of termination of this licence to keep one copy of the Software and the Documentation in a fireproof area for archival purposes. If the Customer uses any of the Software other than for archival purposes it shall automatically become liable to pay QuickLink immediately its then current charge for the use of the Software or any equivalent software then licensed.
13.3 In the event of suspension of the licence by virtue of clause 38 the Customer will not be able or entitled to utilise QuickLink Software for any purpose whatsoever.
Consequences of Termination or Suspension. If the Member’s Bambucorn Membership is terminated pursuant to paragraph 15.1 or 15.2 or is suspended pursuant to paragraph 15.3, the Member will no longer be able to use the Site. Subject to paragraph 16, after termination or suspension the Member may be able to continue to access the Site in order to engage in the post-investment process for any investment the Member may have made as described in paragraph 11.
Consequences of Termination or Suspension. 12.1. If this Contract is terminated or suspended, either in whole or in part, the Provider will immediately stop providing the terminated or suspended Legal Aid Services or Specified Legal Services under this Contract.
12.2. If this Contract expires, or is terminated or suspended, the Secretary is liable to pay the Provider only the fees and/or Disbursements for Legal Aid Services or Specified Legal Services supplied by the Provider before the date of expiry, termination or suspension of this Contract. The Provider must have had the Secretary’s approval to provide such Legal Aid Services or Specified Legal Services or the Secretary’s authorisation to incur such Disbursements before the Secretary will make any such payment.
12.3. The Provider acknowledges that upon expiry or termination of this Contract, the Commissioner will Reassign the Provider’s uncompleted Legal Aid Matters to other Providers. Clause 5 will apply to each Reassignment.
Consequences of Termination or Suspension. (a) If the CEO terminates or suspends this Agreement under section 15X of the Prisons Act:
(i) the State may reduce or suspend the Monthly Service Payment and other payments under this Agreement in accordance with clause 20.8; and
(ii) except to the extent required under clauses 20.7 and 20.9, neither the State nor the State's Associates nor any other person is liable to pay to the Contractor or any Subcontractor, Contract Worker or other person, any compensation in respect of the termination or suspension of this Agreement under section 15X.
(b) The Contractor waives any other rights it might have to pursue a claim of restitution of any kind, including a claim of unjust enrichment, as a result of suspension or termination of this Agreement under section 15X of the Prisons Act.
(c) The Contractor must, in each Subcontract or order placed with any Subcontractor for the purpose of this Agreement, reserve a right of termination or suspension to take account of the CEO’s Statutory Power to terminate or suspend this Agreement under Division 5 of Part IIIA of the Prisons Act.
(d) Without prejudice to any of the State’s other rights, the Contractor must pay to the State the reasonable costs of the CEO arising in connection with the termination of this Agreement under section 15W of the Prisons Act, including any costs arising in connection with the appointment or engagement of the administrator.

You are not permitted to use the SQ States LTD Services or your SQ STATES Account for any other purpose. We may, in our sole discretion, restrict the functionality of the SQ STATES Platform or access to the Site for you as appropriate. If we suspend or terminate your SQ STATES account or terminate your use of the SQ STATES Services for any reason, we reserve the right to require you to re-complete the procedures in Section 3.2 (Identity Verification) before allowing you to transfer or withdraw a Digital currency or electronic money. You may cancel your SQ STATES account at any time by withdrawing all balances from your Electronic Money Wallet(s). You will not be charged for the cancellation of your SQ STATES account, although you will be required to pay any outstanding amounts owed to us. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation.
