SWRDS Reinvestment Account. (1) Commencing with the Contract Extension Amendment Effective Date, the State shall establish and maintain a SWRDS Reinvestment Account to provide a continuing source of investment revenue to provide amounts to be transferred to or deposited in the General Operating Account, the SWRDS Reinvestment Account, and the SWRDS Support Account.
