SXX Registration. The Guarantor shall have received evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to it, of the active registration by the Borrower in SXX.
SXX Registration. The Borrower shall maintain its SXX database registration at all times.
SXX Registration. Upon Lxxxxx's request, at any time and from time to time following the occurrence of a Default or Event of Default, Borrower shall modify its account under the U.S. System for Award Management to reflect the Payment Collateral Account as the recipient bank account thereunder, and provide evidence of same to Lender.
