Common use of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent, in such capacities, shall have no obligations, duties or responsibilities, and shall incur no liabilities, under this Agreement or any other Document.
