Common use of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary elsewhere in this Agreement, neither the Syndication Agent nor the Documentation Agent shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder, or any fiduciary relationship with any Lender, and no implied covenants, functions, responsibilities, duties, obligations or liabilities shall be read into this Agreement or otherwise exist against either the Syndication Agent or the Documentation Agent.
