Common use of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agents. The Lender identified in this Agreement as the “Syndication Agent” and the Lenders identified in this Agreement as the “Documentation Agents” shall have no right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, such Lenders shall not have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any other Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgements with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Agent in Section 10.11.
