Syndication Agent; Co-Documentation Agents; Lead Arrangers. None of the Syndication Agent, the Co-Documentation Agents and the Lead Arrangers shall have any duties, responsibilities, liabilities or obligations under this Agreement except in its capacity as a Bank.
