System and Network Activities Clause Samples

The 'System and Network Activities' clause defines the rules and limitations regarding how users may interact with a company's computer systems and networks. It typically outlines acceptable and prohibited behaviors, such as restrictions on unauthorized access, misuse of resources, or attempts to disrupt network operations. For example, it may forbid activities like hacking, spreading malware, or using the network for illegal purposes. The core function of this clause is to protect the integrity, security, and proper functioning of the organization's technological infrastructure by clearly setting boundaries for user conduct.
