Common use of SYSTEM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Clause in Contracts

SYSTEM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. ‌ A. Recognition In compliance with Section 204, Title II, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, the parties hereby establish a System Board of Adjustment for the purpose of adjusting and deciding disputes arising under the terms of this Agreement, which are properly submitted to it in accordance with Section 24 - Grievance Procedure. Such Board will be known as the GoJet Flight Attendant System Board of Adjustment (hereinafter referred to as the “System Board”).
