Common use of System Integrity Clause in Contracts

System Integrity. (a) Municipality shall have the responsibility of discovering all errors, defects and malfunctions and assumes the duty of and will make such tests as, in the judgment of Municipality, are required to determine whether the E911 system is functioning properly at PSAPs. Municipality shall promptly notify County and Carousel Industries in the event the system is not functioning properly. (b) County shall have the responsibility of discovering all errors, defects and malfunctions and assumes the duty of and will make such tests as, in the judgment of County, are required to determine whether the E911 system is functioning properly at its PSAPs, County shall promptly notify Carousel Industries and Municipality in the event the system is not functioning properly.
