Common use of System Monitoring Clause in Contracts

System Monitoring. Upon completion of any construction, Comcast shall conduct periodic signal monitoring in accordance with the requirements of the FCC. Such capability shall enable Comcast to monitor the signal quality of all channels delivered on the Cable System, including any Public, Educational and/or Governmental Channels.
