System Technical Standards. Throughout the term of this Agreement, the Cable System shall be designed, maintained, and operated such that quality and reliability of System Signal will be in compliance with all applicable consumer electronics equipment compatibility standards, including but not limited to Section 624A of the Cable Act (47 U.S.C. § 544a) and 47 C.F.R. § 76.630, as may be amended from time to time.
