Common use of Tables Clause in Contracts

Tables. Table 1-4R1. Table 1-4R1 entitled “737-8 [****] Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Table 1-4R2 entitled “737-8 [****] Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” (attached hereto) referencing SA-23 in the footer is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1-4R1. For avoidance of doubt, the only difference between Table 1-4R1 and Table 1-4R2 is the [****] in the Purchase Agreement, resulting in Table 1-4R2.

Table 1-4R1 4R2 entitled “737-8 [****] Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Table 1-4R2 4R3 entitled “737-8 [****] Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and Advance Payments” (attached hereto) referencing SA-23 SA-24 in the footer is hereby incorporated into the Purchase Agreement in replacement of Table 1-4R14R2. For avoidance of doubt, the only difference between Table 1-4R1 4R2 and Table 1-4R2 4R3 is the [****] in the Purchase Agreement, resulting in Table 1-4R24R3.
