Tactical Emergency Medical Support. a. The City will pay a maximum of ten (10) bargaining unit members a one percent (1%) premium above their base pay upon completion of training and certification for “TEMS”. These individuals must maintain the certification and continue to complete training requirements, as determined by Management, in order to continue to receive the premium.
