Take Home Vehicles / Off-Duty Use. The Employer will provide each bargaining unit member a vehicle that is appropriate for the employee’s duty assignment, for commuting purposes and off-duty use, based on vehicle availability. The Employer may implement restrictions for off-duty usage but agrees that generally, off-duty use will not be restricted to less than 25 miles from the employee’s home or work location. This section will not be construed to limit the Employer’s right to restrict or eliminate off-duty or commuting vehicle use for a specific employee for disciplinary or performance reasons.
