Taranaki District Health Board. The employer may grant paid special leave of up to five working days per annum, after taking into account advice from the employee whose duties have been exceptionally onerous in the previous 12 months. The employer will also take into account advice from employee-nominated representatives. Leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
