Common use of Target Enrollment Number Clause in Contracts

Target Enrollment Number. Enrollment for this Trial is competitive and the Target Enrollment Number (referenced in the attached budget) is intended for budgetary purposes only. If required by Institution, the Target Enrollment Number may be increased upon Gilead’s prior written authorization, in which case no amendment to the Agreement shall be required.
