Common use of TARGETED RECYCLABLE MATERIALS COLLECTION Clause in Contracts

TARGETED RECYCLABLE MATERIALS COLLECTION. Contractor shall Collect Targeted Recyclable Materials from designated Commercial Customers that have Source Separated the Targeted Recyclable Materials from Solid Waste and placed these materials in the Customer’s Recyclable Materials Collection Container for Collection by Contractor. Commercial Customers that subscribe to Solid Waste Collection service shall be entitled to Collection of Targeted Recyclable Materials at no additional charge, and Contractor shall provide the level of service required by Commercial Customers requesting Recyclable Materials Collection services. The level of service Contractor shall provide includes: Source Separated Collection of cardboard and mixed paper, in a manner that best suits the needs of the Commercial Customer. Contractor shall Collect Source Separated Recyclable Materials generated at Commercial Premises at least once per week, as scheduled by the Contractor provided that the Generator has Source Separated the Targeted Recyclable Materials from Solid Waste and placed the materials in the appropriate Contractor-provided container. Contractor shall Collect Targeted Recyclable Materials at the designated location agreed upon by Contractor and Customer. The designated Collection location, if disputed by Customer or Contractor, shall be determined by County.

Commercial Customers customers that subscribe to Solid Waste Collection solid waste collection service shall be entitled to Collection collection of Targeted Recyclable Materials targeted recyclable materials at no additional charge, for an amount up to 150% of the customer’s solid waste container capacity, and Contractor shall provide the level of service required by Commercial Customers commercial customers requesting Recyclable Materials Collection recyclable materials collection services. Addition commercial recycling amounts above the 150% threshold may be subscribed for based upon a fee determined by the customer and Contractor. The level of service Contractor shall provide includes: Source Separated Collection separated collection of cardboard and mixed paper, in a manner that best suits the needs of the Commercial Customercommercial customer. Contractor shall Collect Source Separated Recyclable Materials collect source separated recyclable materials generated at Commercial Premises commercial premises at least once per week, as scheduled by the Contractor provided that the Generator generator has Source Separated source separated the Targeted Recyclable Materials targeted recyclable materials from Solid Waste solid waste and placed the materials in the appropriate Contractor-provided container. Contractor has the right to tag and reject loads of recyclable materials which contain excessive contamination. Contractor shall Collect Targeted Recyclable Materials collect targeted recyclable materials at the designated location agreed upon by Contractor and Customercustomer. The designated Collection collection location, if disputed by Customer customer or Contractor, shall be determined by County.

Contractor may tag and reject containers of targeted recyclable materials that contain contaminants or contaminated targeted recyclable materials, and shall report such incidents to County. The level of service Contractor shall provide includes: Source Separated Collection separated collection of cardboard and mixed paper, in a manner that best suits the needs of the Commercial Customercommercial customer. Contractor shall Collect Source Separated Recyclable Materials collect source separated recyclable materials generated at Commercial Premises commercial premises based upon the collection needs of the customer, but on a bi-weekly basis at least once per weeka minimum, as scheduled by the Contractor provided that the Generator generator has Source Separated source separated the Targeted Recyclable Materials targeted recyclable materials from Solid Waste solid waste and placed the materials in the appropriate Contractor-provided container. Contractor shall Collect Targeted Recyclable Materials collect targeted recyclable materials at the designated location agreed upon by Contractor and Customercustomer. The designated Collection collection location, if disputed by Customer customer or Contractor, shall be determined by County.
