Bin service. Contractor shall provide qualified generators with a choice of one (1) or more bins to use for targeted recyclable materials collection.
Bin service. Company shall furnish or provide Carts to all Residences and Bins or Carts for collection use, as appropriate, to all Multiple-Family Dwellings that receive Bin service and Commercial Premises that generate Solid Waste within City. The size of the Bins and the frequency of their collection (which shall not be less than once a week) shall be determined between the Customer and Company. Bins shall be placed on hard surface locations which are accessible to Company and consistent with applicable municipal code and development approvals. Bins supplied by Company shall, at all times, be maintained by Company in a well-kept appearance. Front load bins must be maintained with lids. Customers shall be responsible for sanitation and deodorizing of such Bins; provided, however, Company shall provide in its Bin rental contracts for a Bin cleaning service to be performed at the request of the Customer for a fee specified in such contract. The initial delivery of such Bins and Carts shall occur as provided in accordance with the implementation schedule agreed upon by the Parties.
Bin service. Contractor will provide bins for storage and Collection of Solid Waste designed, constructed and maintained to be water tight, to prevent the leakage of liquids, and to have lids which inhibit the inflow of rainfall or snow. All bins with a capacity of one cubic yard or more must meet applicable federal regulations on Solid Waste bin safety. All bins must be maintained to have a consistent appearance, either galvanized or painted with Contractor's standard color(s) and prominently display the name and telephone number of Contractor. All such bins are to be supplied and maintained by Contractor at no charge to the customer. If a Customer requests a bin in a size that is not readily available, that Customer will receive the next larger size bin at the requested size bin price until such time as the requested size bin is available. Provisions to lock containers will be provided at customer request for an additional Board-approved charge. Contractor may issue a Notice, Warning, or Non-collection tag as described in Section 5.06.C and 5.06 D for bins that have been overfilled so the lid will not rest in the closed position. Contractor will provide Collection and disposal or recovery services for a variety of bin sizes in two general bin service categories:

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • IN SERVICES ARTICLE 4.1

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Hospitality Service Sprint shall provide all blocking, screening, and all other applicable functions available for hospitality lines under tariff.

  • Long Service The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be the corresponding rate of pay in Appendix 1(A).

  • Death in Service 19.01 In the event of the death of a staff member, the Board shall pay to the staff member’s estate a death benefit equivalent in value to the staff member’s salary for the month in which the staff member dies, plus one additional month’s salary regardless of the month in which the staff member dies, but shall not exceed the salary payable from the date of death to the end of the contract of appointment. Such payment shall be in full payment of salary and vacation entitlement.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.
