Targeted Support Plans for Non-Probationary Teachers. Upon receipt of a Final End-of-Year Rating of partially effective or ineffective, a Targeted Support Plan shall be put into place. The purpose of a Targeted Support Plan is to provide a non-probationary Teacher with direct and specific feedback where there are performance concerns that have resulted in the ineffective or partially effective evaluation rating.
