Common use of TARIFF LIBERALISATION Clause in Contracts

TARIFF LIBERALISATION. Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, each Party shall eliminate or reduce its customs duties on originating goods of the other Party designated for such purposes in its Schedule in Annexes 1 and 2, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in such Schedule.
