Common use of TARION Clause in Contracts

TARION. 5.2 The Purchaser acknowledges that if it is the policy of the municipality to issue occupancy permits or certificates, such permits or certificates may not be available for delivery to the Purchaser on the Closing Date. Provided that the dwelling has been inspected and approved for occupancy by the municipality on or before the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall accept the undertaking of the Vendor to provide a copy of the occupancy permit or certificate to be issued by the municipality as soon as possible following the Closing Date.
