Task 6: Innovation Management. The Construction Manager shall develop, propose, and track challenges and quantify benefits of innovations throughout the preconstruction phase, including proposing criteria to evaluate suggestions and select improvements that will offer the most value in terms of cost, schedule, and quality. The Construction Manager shall prepare, modify, and maintain an innovation register, which identifies the person and entity that proposed the idea, the value of the idea (in terms of cost, savings, risk reduction/mitigation, and schedule impact), and which ideas were incorporated by the Project Team into the final design and construction documents. Assumptions: This is assumed to be a continuous process and no separate defined meeting is identified.
