Common use of Task Limits Clause in Contracts

Task Limits. 1) All tasks shall be provided within the State of Florida. 2) The Provider is authorized to perform only the tasks set out herein or in any amendment hereto. 3) Sexual assault victims shall not be charged for services rendered. 4) The Provider agrees that funds under this subcontract will not be used to conduct public awareness or community education campaigns or related activities. Contract funds may be used to support, inform, or educate sexual assault victims about available services.
