Service Tasks. To achieve the goals of the OAA Program, the Sub-Recipient shall ensure performance of the following tasks:
Service Tasks a. The Network Service Provider shall perform all functions necessary for the proper delivery of services including, but not limited to, the following:
(1) Participation in the SOC
(a) As per this contract, the Network Service Provider is part of an integrated network that promotes recovery and resiliency, and meets the Behavioral Health Service needs for the community. As part of the SOC, the Network Service Providers services and programs shall be accessible and responsive to individuals, families, and community Stakeholders, including, as applicable by this contract:

Service Tasks. In order to achieve the goals of EHEAP, the Sub-Recipient shall ensure the following tasks are performed:
1. Ensure that all eligible elders meet the requirements of Section I.C.2. above;
2. Ensure that all energy assistance payments made to home energy vendors comply with the requirements of Section II.A.14.d. below;
3. Implement appropriate program management and operational controls to ensure actions are taken to resolve a home energy emergency within 18 hours of application approval for crisis benefits when the consumer is in a life-threatening situation. For non-life-threatening situations, actions must be undertaken to resolve the home energy emergency within 48 hours of application approval with standard crisis assistance.
4. Provide all elders approved for EHEAP funding with a written Notice of Approval and Appeal within fifteen
