Common use of Task Order Information Clause in Contracts

Task Order Information. All services performed under this Agreement will be performed under individual Task Orders. Each Task Order will contain, at a minimum, (i) a description of the services to be performed by ACS (the "Services") (ii) the time schedule for performance and for delivery of such Services, and (iii) the amount and method of payment for such Services.
