TASK ORDER INITIATION. Following the execution of the task order, the Contractor shall provide staff to perform services within the timeframe specified on the task order. As necessary, the KO will coordinate a pre-performance meeting to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the requirements of the task order, tour of facilities and any other necessary information for task order fulfillment. During the first 8 hours of performance, the agency KO will review the results of the contracted work and immediately notify the contractor if the service is unsatisfactory. In the event it is determined by the KO that proper procedures were followed but the contractor employee placement was not able to perform the task, the Contractor will supply a qualified replacement and the Government will not be charged for the initial placement (up to 8 hours).
