Common use of Task: Project Plan Clause in Contracts

Task: Project Plan. The SUBRECIPIENT, in collaboration with COUNTY staff, will develop a project plan for the grant project. The SUBRECIPIENT and the COUNTY shall agree upon each project plan phase before implementing each phase. The project plan should include the sections below assembled as a single searchable digital document to the extent possible. Each section should be presented in sufficient detail to provide a reasonable definition, explanation of the sections, and content. When a document section cannot be assembled as part of the single master document, the section should be described and cited in the master document and prepared as an appendix to the master. The sections listed below may be detailed as separate items in this scope of work. Components: • Evidence-based Documentation; • Equity-based Documentation; • Program Policy and Procedures; • Staffing Plan that includes a list of key staff, qualifications and special qualification requirements.
