Project Specific Menu of Services. This partner provides direct resources such as industry networking, local and state advocacy, and local business connections who can assist manufacturing companies impacted by COVID-19 to stabilize and recover. In addition, it provides outside resources of various types, including consulting, training, supply chain network, apprenticeships, and statewide connections to the same group and purpose. Response and Recovery Responsibilities • Become the primary resource for manufacturers to contact when COVID-19 creates obstacles in manufacturing business preventing growth or causing a decline. • Perform outreach to disadvantaged manufacturing businesses in QCT zones and Low to Moderate Income specified areas, to learn of their ongoing needs, provide support, and refer them to available resources. • Act as the conduit between manufacturing businesses and all local, State, and Federal programs available. • Serve as a business community advocate for recovery help. • Provide general business counseling by providing guidance through the program for the individual manufacturing business. • Connect outside solution providers to manufacturers who can provide one-on-one consulting for businesses impacted by COVID-19 and provide solutions to accelerate a sustainable and resilient recovery. Menu of services may include: o Triage and assessment of business needs o Strategic Planning o Performance Optimization o Business Continuity o Capital Access Planning o Data and Business Intelligence o Government Contracting o Growth Acceleration o International Trade • Facilitate in-person and online training events speaking on key topics essential to accelerate business resilience and recovery. • Promote efforts of other organizations and public entities who provide COVID-19 relief. • Accept and respond to incoming calls for manufacturing businesses in need of response and recovery support. ATTACHMENT B: SCOPE OF WORK Description of the SUBRECIPIENT’s and the COUNTY’s task, deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Additional United States Treasury scope requirements may be identified and required after the execution of this agreement.

  • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones:

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
