Common use of Taxes and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Taxes and Licenses. Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits or approvals under federal, state or local law applica- ble to its activities at the Event. Exhibitor shall be solely respon- sible for obtaining any necessary tax identification numbers and permits and for paying all taxes, license fees, use fees, or other fees, charges, levies or penalties that become due to any governmental authority in connection with its activities at the Event. Exhibitor will not permit the delivery of merchandise at the Event Facility without the express permission of ICM.
