Architect/Engineer may contest these taxes. Architect/Engineer shall comply with all laws, codes, rules, regulations and ordinances relating to its performance under this Contract, including any which may impose requirements more stringent than, or inconsistent with, this Contract. Nothing in this Contract abrogates or diminishes the regulatory or police powers of the City.
