Common use of Taxpayer Identification Information Clause in Contracts

Taxpayer Identification Information. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statues, Title 42, a Federal Tax Identification number or social security number, if sole proprietor, is required to do business with the City and will be used for the administration of state, federal, and local laws. Payment information will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service under the name and federal tax identification number or, if none, the Social Security number provided.
