TCO – Time for Completion. When a TCO is issued as provided in Section 3.2 above prior to the completion of all DP Improvements, the time for the completion of the remaining DP Improvements shall not exceed six (6) months. Failure by the Developer to complete the work or to request a time extension shall result in a default under the terms of this Agreement. The Town Administrator may grant no more than one extension of not more than six (6) months upon receipt of a written request, accompanied by an extension of the Performance Security.
