TEA Day. The TEA shall have the use of up to forty-five (45) days for TEA business requested by the President or Executive Director of the TEA. The TEA shall be able to purchase up to fifteen (15) additional days for TEA business at the minimum substitute rate of pay. The President, Vice President or Executive Director of the TEA shall make every effort to notify the Human Resources Department at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. The call-in procedure for substitutes shall be followed.
