TEACHER DISPLACEMENT. The following procedures shall be followed in effecting a Board action pursuant to a drop in enrollment; turnaround; phase-out; reduction in program; or reduction in building; including closure, consolidation, or reconstitution that causes non-probationary, effectively, or highly effectively performing teacher to be displaced. 20-1 Pre-Displacement of Non-Probationary Teachers Due to the effects of displacement on non-probationary, effectively, or highly effectively performing teachers, those teachers will have opportunities to be hired prior to the formal displacement action.
