Teacher Licensure/Certification Requirements. The Board of Education agrees to reimburse all unit members up to $100 of the fees for each individual license/ certificate needed for a current position. In addition, the Board of Education shall pay the costs incurred by bargaining unit members related to state and federal background checks required by the Ohio Revised Code/Ohio Administrative Code that are completed at the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Central Administration Office.
