Any teacher desiring to resign from his or her primary contract for the next contract year and retiring per terms and conditions of the KPERS 85-point Rule who notified the Board in writing on or before January 10 of the current contract year shall be paid a $1,250.00 incentive in her or his final pay check from the district. Any teacher who meets the same conditions who notifies the Board in writing on or before March 1 of the current contract year shall be paid a $650.00 incentive in her or his final pay check from the district.
